“Every step forward starts in the mind”

Hi, I’m Chantse Jackson, Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas. Supervised by Dr. Jennifer Vasquez LCSW-S.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Health from The University of Texas at Arlington and bring over 11 years of experience in the healthcare field into my clinical work.

I specialize in supporting women, mothers, and families navigating life transitions — including single mothers, parents of children with special needs, and young adults adjusting to adulthood or college. I am passionate about helping clients rebuild self-esteem, strengthen identity, and develop confidence during overwhelming seasons of life.

My areas of focus include depression, trauma recovery, coping with medical diagnoses, and managing health-related stress. I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and somatic-based approaches that support a holistic mind-body connection.

My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and collaborative. Together, we will work to build clarity, confidence, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.
